Phillip Island Yoga – Wimbledon Heights
Iyengar yoga uses the yoga poses (asanas), to take students on an inner exploration of themselves. This may involve looking at how we use our muscles, align our skeleton and use our energy to best serve the various systems of our body. Over time, it also takes us on a journey from exploring the habits of our bodies to the habits of our minds, and to see ourselves in a more holistic way.
