Sarah graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy in the UK in 2010. She worked in hospital and outpatient clinics for the NHS for 3 years before heading over to the other side of the world. She has since worked in Wellington, Queenstown and Cairns before settling on Phillip Island.
Sarah is an experienced clinician who takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She always aims to empower you to take control of your own rehabilitation and injury management so that you can get back to doing what you love. Sarah has a passion for Pilates and Yoga.
She has trained with APPI, DMA Clinical Pilates and the Pilates Institute of QLD. Recently, while travelling in India, Sarah became an RTA 200-hour certified Yoga teacher. She has a special interest in neck and back dysfunction, running injures, hip injuries, chronic pain, pelvic health, including pre- and post-natal health, and Women’s and Men’s health.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys practicing Pilates and Yoga, running, scuba diving, snowboarding and surfing. She enjoys getting involved in charity events and volunteering for conservation beach and ocean clean ups.
