Who pays for the appointments?
Initially, you will be required to pay for the sessions up front, and your employer will reimburse you. Once the excess is met then the insurer can be invoiced directly.
If you have an historic claim, you will be required to pay upfront until current treatment approval is granted by Worksafe Victoria.
Please be aware that some of our therapists will charge a gap fee for WorkSafe claims once the excess has been met as the insurers do not cover the full cost of our scheduled fees.
Bulk Billing Appointments (full fees to be covered by employer until excess met)
Bulk billing appointments will be available with Timothy Tracy and Sandeep Soni for Physiotherapy and with George Leonardos for Osteopathy. There will be out of pocket gap fees for all other physiotherapists, osteopaths and myotherapists.
