Christina attended the University of Sydney to complete her Physiotherapy Degree, graduating in 2000. She has since worked in clinics in Sydney, Melbourne, Regional Victoria and the United Kingdom.
Christina's talent lies in treating conditions involving the pelvis and spine, using gentle muscle energy techniques, soft tissue releases, dry needling, targeted exercise, and addressing abnormal lower limb biomechanics. Christina is also extensively trained in mat and equipment-based Pilates. Her kind and professional approach consistently gets results for her loyal clients.
Christina's career highlights include treating members of the Italian Kayaking team for the Sydney 2000 Olympics and working for internationally renowned Physiotherapist Dr. Barbara Hungerford in Sydney, who helped fine tune her management of conditions of the pelvis and the spine. Christina also spent one year in the United Kingdom creating and implementing injury prevention and rehabilitation programs for the Armed Defence Forces.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys open water swimming and adventure racing, walking her dog, and cooking dinner for her friends.
