Nicole Murphy is an experienced Myotherapist with an Advanced Diploma in Remedial Massage.She has a keen interest in deep tissue work, particularly in relation to sports, hips, and neck related headaches and migraines
Nicole has many years’ experience working with elite runners and footballers, with a variety of soccer and football clubs and Melbourne United Basketball Club. Currently Nicole works with the Phillip Island Football Club and the Victorian U12 Schoolboys Football team.
Nicole offers a personalised and varied treatment approach in the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions and dysfunction. She uses trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and corrective exercise.
